Located next to the reception of Training Ground, HYG | Danish Roastery forms part of a fitness and wellness hub in Bangkok’s Phra Khanong area.

The interior follows a clean and minimal design approach, combining crisp white surfaces with warm wooden elements and a terrazzo floor to create a simple yet welcoming atmosphere. Orange accents add character and provide contrast to the otherwise neutral material palette.

The exposed concrete ceiling retains the raw character of the existing space, while integrated indirect lighting softens the industrial feel and adds warmth. Simple, functional lighting complements the minimalist interior without becoming a dominant design element.

Seating is arranged along the large windows, with individual tables and a long built-in bench making use of the natural daylight and creating a relaxed place for coffee before or after training.

The result is a functional and understated coffee shop that combines Scandinavian-inspired simplicity with a warm, casual atmosphere and integrates naturally into the surrounding fitness and wellness environment.
