A Swiss company has recently expanded its presence in Bangkok by establishing a new regional headquarters in the vibrant Silom district. Spanning 345 sqm, this modern office is designed to foster productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being.

The open office layout features work desks for about 35 employees, all of which offer panoramic views of Bangkok’s CBD skyline. The office also includes two spacious phone booths for video calls and a large meeting room that provides stunning vistas of the city’s business district.

A standout feature of the office is the breakout area, strategically located in a corner to maximize views. This space is furnished with sofas and soft stools, creating a relaxed environment where employees can unwind or work in comfort.

The canteen, separated from the main office by a glass wall with wooden fins, serves as a social hub for the team. The fins offer semi-privacy depending on the angle, allowing for a balance between openness and discretion. The canteen accommodates all employees, providing a space for coffee breaks or lunch, and encouraging social interaction and team bonding.

In line with the company’s commitment to sustainability and employee health, the design incorporates natural materials, real plants in the canteen, and soft fabric lamps. Non-toxic, low-emission materials were carefully selected to ensure a healthy work environment. Additionally, all desks are height-adjustable, promoting ergonomic comfort and supporting the well-being of the team.
