Innovative Modular Office Design Inside a Logistics Warehouse

regroup architecture designed a unique 500 sqm office complex for Transpo International, utilizing eight 40ft shipping containers located inside a logistics warehouse in Bangkok, Rangsit. The design prioritizes mobility and flexibility, ensuring the warehouse remains unaltered by using prefabricated containers to create two floors of office space.

The containers are stacked in pairs with a 5m gap between them, which is filled with steel framework to create a spacious 250 sqm per floor. This innovative approach maximizes space while maintaining the modular and relocatable nature of the investment.

An internal staircase connects the reception to the second floor, which houses a hangout and meeting area, along with private offices and a large open workspace. The first floor includes a restroom and a canteen container, complete with a rooftop terrace for relaxation and casual meetings.
