129 Sternenhalden apartment block

A new project is set to replace an old 1970s apartment building in Stäfa, Switzerland. The modern 5-story building will feature 12 apartments, all positioned on a slope with stunning views of Lake Zurich. The underground parking and the first residential floor will be partially embedded into the ground, blending the structure into its natural surroundings while maximizing the scenic landscape.
