Art Gallery-Inspired Office Design for a Dynamic Asset Management Firm

regroup architecture designed and constructed a state-of-the-art 100 sqm open-plan office for an asset management firm in Major Tower Thonglor. This innovative workspace features an open ceiling layout with ten workstations and a long multipurpose workbench along the full-height windows, providing an inspiring view over Thonglor. The office includes a large meeting room, a library, and a small room for calls and focused work, creating a versatile and agile work environment.

Agile Workplace Design

The open office concept reflects the firm’s flat hierarchy, with large desks in a bright space designed for working on large trading screens. A dedicated capsule room with a standing table and comfortable armchair supports concentrated work and phone or video calls. The library, equipped with books, a coffee machine, and snacks, offers a relaxed area for work and breaks, encouraging interaction among employees. The long workbench along the window caters to guest workers or creative tasks, making the most of the scenic view.

Art Gallery Aesthetic

The office’s materialization echoes the style of an art gallery rather than a traditional asset management firm. It features a polished cement floor, exposed air ducts, and sprinkler pipes on the ceiling, along with a large wall graffiti. Wooden accent elements add warmth and contrast to the industrial aesthetic, creating a unique and inspiring workspace.
