Innovative Office Design for Tech Start-up HotelQuickly in Bangkok

regroup architecture transformed a standard office tower floor into a loft-style workspace with tech-company and Asian hotel design elements. The goal was to create a vibrant environment with multiple workplace settings to foster creativity and communication.

HotelQuickly’s office spans half a floor, with windows on three sides, and is divided into two key volumes: the “meeting box” and the “creative box.” The meeting box includes two large meeting rooms and four booths for video and phone calls. The creative box features an artificial garden with astroturf steps for relaxation and a lounge inspired by a speakeasy hotel bar for intimate meetings.

A playful, flexible work environment was crafted using shared desks, hot desks made from repurposed hotel room doors, and bar tables along the windows for standing workstations. The open office layout supports teamwork, while the minimalist materials and bold colors, drawn from the HotelQuickly app, reflect the brand’s identity. This unique design balances cost efficiency with a contemporary, functional aesthetic.
