A Taste of Spain in the Heart of Thonglor: Where Architecture Meets Culinary Art

regroup architecture designed ARROZ, a Spanish restaurant located in Thonglor. The project involved enhancing the existing two-story house by adding a new kitchen extension at the back and a sala in the garden. The second floor was partially removed to create a dramatic, double-height central space, seamlessly connecting both dining levels of the restaurant.

A walk-in fridge displaying salami, ham, prosciutto, and cheese is positioned opposite the bar counter, making it a striking and interactive feature for guests as they select items for their meals. A custom wooden shelf cabinet with a wide opening connects the guest area to the kitchen, creating a sense of openness and engagement.

The design draws inspiration from traditional Spanish architecture, with warm, Mediterranean colors and carefully chosen tiles that enhance the cozy and inviting atmosphere for diners.
