A complete transformation of the condominium lobby at Lake Green, Sukhumvit Soi 8, Bangkok, creating a more welcoming, contemporary, and functional entrance experience for residents and visitors.

The refurbishment includes new mailboxes, upgraded wall and ceiling finishes throughout the elevator lobby, and fluted wall panels that integrate a concealed technical room door beside the elevators for a clean and seamless appearance.

A generous new co-owner lobby provides a comfortable space for informal meetings, waiting guests, and everyday interaction between residents. The management office was also redesigned and now features a window facing the entrance area, improving visibility and communication with residents and visitors.
