Transforming a Townhouse into a Unique and Versatile Living Space

This project involved the complete refurbishment of a 300 sqm townhouse spanning four floors, each designed to create unique and homey spaces.

The second floor offers direct access to a shared pool, while the fourth floor houses a striking 4-meter-tall library that includes a hidden attic nook for added charm and functionality. Each bathroom stands out with its own character, achieved through carefully selected tiles and thoughtful lighting.

The design balances contrasts, such as a cosy green room with a freestanding bathtub and a reading nook under the roof, in contrast to the open layout of the office and entrance area on the first floor. The second floor combines dining and kitchen spaces into a seamless, functional hub.

A lush garden at the back, complete with a tree, is connected to the office through expansive sliding windows, blending indoor and outdoor living. This project exemplifies how modern design can elevate a townhouse into a personalized, versatile, and inspiring home.
